While most travel insurance covers doctor consultations, patients should check with their insurance provider. Our doctors will provide a medical report and receipt for potential insurance claims or reimburse to the travel insurance.
The doctor service fee is approximately IDR. 300K - 800K per case. This fee varies by consultant duration and distance to the location of the hotel, home, or villa around Bali.
Payment can be made in cash ( we accept IDR, AUD, and USD), by debit or credit card, or Indonesian bank transfer.
(if you want to pay with a credit card, a 3% tax will be applied to the total bill)
